Sterling silver cocktail jigger made by the Wallace silver company. The clever design incorporates an actual Bicentennial silver dollar, set at the bottom. Eisenhower 1776-1976 can be viewed from within and the Liberty Bell is seen beneath. Designed with 1- and 2-ounce measure increments. Connecticut, 1976. 2"H.

Lovely design. Modernist silver bottle opener fashioned with detailed pendant grapes and leaves in relief. Opener segment is steel. Made by the Carl M. Cohr silver workshop of Denmark circa 1960's. Workshop marks as well as 830 Fine Silver stamp. 1 1/2" W., 3 1/2" L.

Quality heavy sterling silver sherry label. The elongated, octagonal-form label has incised detail and is fully hallmarked: John Harvey & Sons Ltd., London 1960. Combination one- and two-ounce Danish-influence Modernist sterling silver cocktail bar jigger. The openwork, stylized floral-form is a distinct Alphonse La Paglia influence. The well-known designer created designs for Georg Jensen U.S.A. Made by the Baldwin & Miller silver workshop of Newark, N.J. circa 1950. 3 5/8" H.

Lovely sterling silver bowl with a distinct Alphonse La Paglia influence. The Modernist form is virtually identical to designs commissioned by Georg Jensen to be created by La Paglia to retail in the Jensen store in New York from 1948-'51. Upon the designer's abrupt passing, silver workshops created examples closely based upon those of La Paglia. American circa 1950's. 3 1/8" H., 5 1/4" W.

Sweet Cartier sterling silver pitcher-form 2-oz. cocktail measure. Ideal jigger size for that perfect proportion. Suitable for function as a creamer or any 2-oz. measure as well. Circa 1950's. 3" H.

Bronze bottle opener mounted with a cast figural swan. The form is a fine example made by Richard Rohac (1906-1956) in Austria circa 1950. Rohac trained with Hagenauer prior to establishing his own metal workshop in 1932. He was well-known for creating stylized, Modernist figures of animals as well as other decorative sculpture. Signed beneath with the artist's backward/forward double "R" mark. 1 3/4" H., 3" L.

Beautifully stylized Danish sterling silver cocktail bar spoon. The heavy silver spoon has a looped handle with an applied pendant grape cluster. Very fine quality. Made in Denmark circa 1950 by the C.C. Hermann workshop of Copenhagen. 11 1/4" L.

Wonderful sterling silver cock-tail goblets. Each of these rare-to-find examples has a fully cast, figural rooster as its stem. The set-of-four bears marks for the Reed & Barton Silver Co. of Massachusetts, circa 1950. 4 3/4" H., 3" W.

Simply charming cocktail bar spoon mounted with a detailed, cast Father Christmas, or Santa. The whimsical, bearded figure carries a toy-filled sack. Nice, heavy quality, silvered spoon has a twist long stem. Made by Reed & Barton in Massachusetts circa 1950's. 11" L.

Combination one- and two-ounce Modernist sterling cocktail jigger designed by Alphonse La Paglia. A native of Italy, La Paglia was commissioned to execute designs to be retailed by Georg Jensen, USA, in the 1940's. These were retailed for only a few years when designs were briefly continued by International Silver Co. His creations abruptly halted in 1953 due to his untimely passing. Lovely Modernist blossom motif. Pictured in "Jensen Silver, the American Designs, page 125. 3 1/2" H.

Beautifully stylized Mid-Century Modern cufflinks. The sterling silver cufflinks are gilded upon the tops. Made in Copenhagen by the Hermann Siersbol workshop circa 1950's. 7/8" W., 7/8" L.
