Beautifully interpreted Danish modernist design cocktail shaker by the Carl M. Cohr workshop, Denmark circa 1930's. The rounded form has gadroon edge detail upon the strainer section along with a faceted mount upon the top cap. The strainer is housed beneath a slender pour spout and features an unusual lock and pivot design. The Cohr workshop originated in 1860 under the later direction of Carl M. Cohr and became noted for impeccable Danish design.
