Steuben Cluthra glass in the form of a goblet. The Art Deco example, with its hexagonal top, is shaded from Gold Ruby to white with internal bubbles. Nice form to hold a small floral arrangement or buds. The footed glass is Frederick Carder's design number 6909, as illustrated in "The Glass of Frederick Carder," page 194; circa 1920's. 6 1/2" H.

Lovely design. Modernist silver bottle opener fashioned with detailed pendant grapes and leaves in relief. Opener segment is steel. Made by the Carl M. Cohr silver workshop of Denmark circa 1960's. Workshop marks as well as 830 Fine Silver stamp. 1 1/2" W., 3 1/2" L.

Scarce example of a cocktail recipe jigger made by Napier. The bucket-form jigger has detailed recipes with measure increments for both a Martini and a Manhattan. Arrows clearly show how high to pour ingredients to create the cocktail. Connecticut circa 1930's. 2 2/3" H.

Nice example of a Frederick Carder-designed Steuben sherbet complete with it's underplate. The Gold Aurene example has lustrous highlights in silvery blue, aqua and violet. Signed beneath each piece, "Aurene" along with the Carder design number 2680; circa 1920. 6 1/8" W. plate; 4" H. with sherbet

Fine Art Deco design. Wine or Champagne cooler with deep bandings about the Modernist form. Angular, carved ebonized wooden handles flank the sides. Made by the well-known WMF (Wurttembergische Metallwarenfabrik) workshop in Germany, circa 1930's. 7 3/4" H., 10 1/2" W. to handles

Art Deco blue decanter is cut with stylized Modernist florals upon the tall form. A rounded base supports the decanter with its geometric star-cut stopper. Czechoslovakia circa 1930's. 8 3/8" H.

Unusual French cocktail picks set in the form of a windmill. The red enameled windmill with its copper roof has a swirling blade wheel that turns. A metal holder allows a set-of-twelve red- and green- Bakelite-mounted picks to rest within. An octagonal, macassar-wood base supports the wonderful, whimsical set. Fine Art Deco sterling silver flask. The hammered body has 14K gold panels with incised detail. The top cap unscrews and its telescoping form converts to a drinking cup. Quite elegant. Marked upon opening sterling silver, 14K, 10 oz. Made by Napier in Connecticut circa 1930's. 3 7/8" W., 6 1/2" H.

A scarce example of this chromium Art Deco cocktail shaker with a recipe dial design upon its shoulder section. Fitted with an outer top sleeve that turns to reveal different cocktail recipes. The recipes include Side Car, Stinger, Manhattan, Horse's Neck and so on. The recipes still have their red enameling intact. Bronze boy grasping an apple. Sweetly sculpted with a scarf about his neck and wearing a knit cap. Olive-brown patina with a contrasting gold patina upon the face and hand. Signed A. Titze upon the reverse. The artist was active in Vienna from 1900-1920 creating detailed figures of harlequins, animals and children. The bronze stands upon a variegated caramel-tone marble base. 6 1/4" H.

Very fine quality sterling silver and crystal ice cooler made by the well-known Mappin & Webb. Crystal is cut into nine panels with curving fan patterns. Top is mounted with a silver frame along with notched and curving Art Deco handles. Complete with its original silver ice drainer to allow water to settle beneath the ice cubes. Hallmarks upon both drainer as well as top mount: Mappin & Webb, Sheffield 1937. 4 3/8" H., 7 1/2" W. to handles

Wonderful cocktail picks stand in the form of a carved windmill. The windmill blade even turns. A set-of-twelve picks with round, carved wood finials rests within a mounted metal holder. Nice, unusually large set of picks to skewer an olive, cherry or hors d'oeuvre. Made in France circa 1930's. 6 1/8" H.
