Bronze bottle opener mounted with a cast figural swan. The form is a fine example made by Richard Rohac (1906-1956) in Austria circa 1950. Rohac trained with Hagenauer prior to establishing his own metal workshop in 1932. He was well-known for creating stylized, Modernist figures of animals as well as other decorative sculpture. Signed beneath with the artist's backward/forward double "R" mark. 1 3/4" H., 3" L.

Fine figural Art Nouveau silvered pewter liqueur service depicting a maiden upholding a cut crystal decanter. A fluid Jugendstil base holds six cordial tumblers. Stylized hand-cutting upon the decanter and tumblers is in a Secession design. Designed by Albert Mayer for WMF (Wurttembergische Metallwarenfabrik) in Germany circa 1900. Firm's marks impressed upon base. Illustrated in "Art Nouveau Domestic Metalwork from Wurttembergische Metallwarenfabrik 1906," page XXXVII and page 129. 14 1/4" H., 13 1/4" L.

Bold stepped Art Deco form with notched architectural elements in relief about the circumference. This highly collected cocktail shaker is extraordinarily rare to find with its set-of-six matching conical cocktail glasses. Each with matching step and notched design upon the bases. Shaker's top cap enhanced with a ball finial, removes to reveal a wafer-form strainer which lifts out for convenience. Denmark circa 1930's. 8 3/4" H. shaker, 2 3/4" H. each glass.

Stunning Danish design! Rounded form has a stepped lobed mid-section. Top cap with a its scrolling and graduated beaded finial bears a distinct Georg Jensen influence. Cap removes to reveal a strainer within the cocktail shaker's mid-section. Denmark circa 1930's. 9 1/2" H.
Boldly architectural in form with it's stepped elements. Random starburst embellishments enhance the surface. Top cap with a complimenting step element has a ball finial. Interior features a wafer strainer which removes for filling of ingredients. Sweden circa 1930's. 8 3/4" H.

A wonderful and rare find for the collector of unusual figural cocktail bar accessories. The large cocktail recipe, bottle opener is in the form of an arrow. The 10 1/4" long arrow is engraved with six cocktail recipes: ALEXANDER, BACARDI, BRONX COCKTAIL, DRY MARTINI, MANHATTAN and SIDECAR. This is the first of this quite scarce-to-find design we have had, made by Napier in Connecticut, circa 1930's. 2 3/8" W., 10 3/4" L.
